UK Delivery

Carriage paid discount applies on order values above £150 (ex VAT). Orders below £150 value attract a carriage charge of £10.00 (ex VAT). Charges vary for delivery outside the UK mainland. Normal lead time is around 7 days from written order confirmation, subject to stock availability. 

International Delivery

International Delivery costs are added at checkout. Alternatively, if you have your own freight forwarding agent, collections can be made by appointment or we can deliver to any UK address under our standard carriage terms.

We reserve the right to ask for further shipping fees on international deliveries after an order has been placed, this is due to ongoing instability in couriers and shipping. In this instance we will work with stockists to ensure a profitable outcome for all parties.

Delivery Methods

All deliveries made using a courier service require a signature. Please check the total number of packets received matches the schedule, spot check each packet delivered and sign for as damaged/missing when necessary. Any shortages, damages or faults must be reported within 5 working days from delivery.
